Conveying capacity and conveying range of scraper conveyor

The conveying capacity and conveying range of the scraper conveyor have a great relationship with the form of the scraper, and the equipment can be equipped with different scrapers. Of course, the corresponding conditions of each scraper are also different.

One of the scraper forms of scraper conveyor is T-type scraper, which is actually a long and narrow rectangular steel plate or angle steel with a thickness of 5~10mm. T type scraper belongs to a relatively simple scraper, which is used in the horizontal buried scraper conveyor with small groove width.

There is also a U-shaped scraper bent from φ 20~25 round steel or 18 × 18~24 × 24 square steel. Obviously, its conveying capacity is much stronger than that of T-shaped, so most of it will be used in horizontal buried scraper conveyors with large machine groove width for conveying various materials.

The other is a V-type scraper, a kind of use of 14~22 round steel or 14 x 14~20 x 20 square steel bending conveyor scraper, but also a relatively simple V-type scraper, for vertical lifting of a variety of buried scraper conveyor, both outward layout, but also inward layout.

In addition, there are O-type scraper and L-type scraper. The former is made of φ 14~22 round steel or 14 × 14~20 × 20 square steel bending. It is a closed scraper, so its rigidity and strength are very good. It is used in various vertical lifting scraper conveyors with large machine groove width and can only be arranged outward during operation.

The latter is usually made of 14 x 14~20 x 20 square steel bending, and O-type scraper, it is not a pair of the same, but a piece of separate welding on the chain rod, it is only used in MP type buried scraper conveyor for material transport.
